After work drink with the girls...Toasted Marshmallow Amore. YUM! It's a mix of amaretto, kahlua, baileys and toasted marshmallow syrup. Wish I had a designated driver...

Love the drop boxes at the library. If the item is in the drop box the day after it's due you don't have to pay a fine. I HATE paying the $1 fee for late movies, so I use these.

This is what Shelby has done allllll day, played on her new ipod touch. She is really enjoying it. Santa is glad that Santa sucked it up and bought what the girl wanted. Seeing her getting so much pleasure out of it is so worth it.

Shelby keeping the gingerbread house tradition alive! This would have been the first year that the kids didn't make one (they usually each had their own) when one of my co-workers donated this little village. It wasn't the same without the boys....

My $10 coat. I've been looking for an every day ski coat for about 3 years. Work gave me a $50 mall gift card for my birthday and Penney's was having a 60% off sale and this is what I ended up with.

Van passed inspection...YAY! Mark has been working on this for a while (as you can see the sticker is for November). We kept getting a check engine code, well after many hours and not so much money he got it to pass. Gives us time to decide what we're going to do.

You will wake Kitty up from a dead sleep when you carry in grocery bags. He has to investigate and see what he can get into. I've had to throw a few things away because he's opened them and chewed on whatever it is.

I normally change this shelf with the season. I'm so far behind I just threw up a few things. The joy banner I made last year.

Homemade peanut butter cups. I made over 80 of them and will make more. The girls at the library are wondering when I'm bringing them.

My dad's Christmas gift...peanut butter cookies. This recipe call for 18oz jar of peanut butter, most only call for 3/4 of a cup. They are good.

My snowman tree, love it. The top if it is a top hat. I'm on the lookout for a new tree because the snowmen have outgrown this one.

Shelby and Matthew decorated the tree after I put up the lights and bow. Mark says they didn't put enough ornaments (not even half of what we own is up) but Michael seems to think every thing is spaced nicely. Me, I'm good, less work for me.

What a morning....First I overfilled the tree (never in all my years of watering trees have I ever done that) and had to move it out of the living room. Can I say, this is the tree that broke my back. Next year I will find a "fake" tree that I like if it kills me :) I had one for years but I finally had to get rid of it because it was falling apart.

All I wanted to do was sit down with my coffee and check email, etc. while I waited for Mark to get up and this is what I found-

Yeah, what fun!  I will never understand the pleasure people get by putting viruses on computers.  Thankfully the husband was able to get rid of it.
