Taking down the swing set.  This was one of the first things we put in for the boys 16 years ago when we moved in.  Shelby was sad to see it go, though she very rarely used it anymore.

Library day.
Didn't watch a movie, didn't find a new recipe or sewing project....love the fact that it didn't cost me anything to do nothing with this pile!

Black Eyed Susan's have reappeared...I pulled them out a few years ago because they looked like crap with mold all over the leaves.  They're looking good this year from lack of rain.

Shelby went to Six Flags with her friend Lauren.  She won her hat from playing a game.  She loves roller coasters and even though it was 90 some degrees and humid they all had a great time.

When all else fails...take a picture of your flowers for the potd :)  I love my double lily.  I had to move them last year because of the voles and only one bloomed so I will have to see if I can find somewhere else in my shady yard with enough sun for them.

Another volunteer job at the library...Creatures of the Night.  Shelby loved Lucille and she was the only one who got to hold her, everyone else just was able to pet her.  You get some perks when you volunteer.

Michael A decided to long board to work.  It took him approximately 45 minutes.  He ended up falling doing approximately 20 miles per hour while on the phone, cracking the screen.  His right calf is hurting.  Not sure if he'll be doing that ride again.
