We had a flock of turkeys in our yard this morning. There was at least 13 of them. Too funny. They didn't visit long before they moved on to the neighbors house across the street.

Matthew was worried about the pizza sauce going bad, so I told him he could freeze it. When I opened up the freezer this is what I found. No, he has never seen me freeze a glass jar before.

Mark, Matthew and Shelby climbed Mt. Monadnock, 3,200 feet up. They were able to see the city of Boston. They said I wouldn't of been able to do it. Coming down was harder than going up.

Matthew the entertainer...He's blowing a ping pong ball and making it go around and around. He couldn't believe that I've never seen anyone do that before today.

Mark is making beef jerky. Very time consuming, roughly 4 days from start to finish. He used 5 lbs of london broil. Since the smoker is so small he makes it in batches. As fast as he's taking it off, Shelby and Matthew are eating it. I have to say, it's not my thing but I do have a piece or two, it is better than anything you'll buy in a package.

School shopping, I'm happy to say that the daughter is all done! As we were leaving Old Navy I made Shelby stand with the mannequins, they totally freak her out. She's making sure that no one is watching.... The things we do to our kids.
This was her idea.

Matthew's first official day on the job. He's not too sure about it, he's working on the floor putting things away, stocking and helping customers. I'm sure he'll like it more once he gets a paycheck.

Dinner and a movie with the girls from work. We went and saw "The Help". Loved it! The book is better in my opinion but the movie is a close 2nd.

Matthew wanted to play scrabble. I can honestly say, I don't care for this game, makes me feel stupid. I guess I need to buy a scrabble dictionary and learn some new words. I led most of the game, but Matthew had a come behind win.
