Matthew finished up his guitar and even taught himself a song.  It sounds pretty good, more like a banjo than a guitar.    Side note-Matthew's classmates thought his instrument was one of the better ones and he played the song in front of the class.  They only needed it to make "sound" which he did and more :)

Matthew working on his "cigar box guitar" for physics class.  Mark is away, so we are figuring out the power tools one tool at a time.  Matthew is becoming pretty good at the dremel.

Happy 19th Birthday to Michael!

  He did not want to celebrate at all this year.  Usually he gets ice cream cake but he said he didn't want anything. I felt like chocolate cake, so that is what he ended up with.

Back to Derry Imaging...Checking out more female related yuck!  Yet again, I will need to go back to have one more procedure done in a few weeks.  Hopefully that will be it for a while.

On the road again for basketball.  We had to leave the house at 6:30am for a 8am game.  The 2nd game was at 10am and there was only 6 girls.  Shelby played just about the whole game (out for under 5 minutes) and made 3 baskets.  She played very aggressively in both games...wish she did that all the time.

Looking for carpet for our bedroom.  I ended up picking out a gray at Home Depot...they were much more helpful than the guy at Lowes.

Matthew called me to deliver his bass guitar to the school.  I didn't feel like entering the school so I dropped it off in his car.  He's lucky I was home to deliver.

This is a uniq fruit, a cross between a tangerine and a grapefruit.  This is what the inside looks like.....

Matthew saw it at the grocery store and wanted to try it and for $2 I had to buy it.  It felt like it was a little rotten/soft on the inside but once you peeled it, it was just like an orange.  It tasted pretty good.

I put my life in Matthew's hands tonight.  He drove me to Barnes & Noble and to the grocery store.  Love this boys company.  **He did pretty good driving....only made me jump twice :)

I HATE THIS RED LIGHT!  I am stopped at it every morning on my way to work.  There was a new bridge that was installed and opened about 6 months ago and this stop light goes along with it.  It never fails, no matter what time of day  I head to Manchester this light turns red.  GRRRRRRR!

Mother's Day, just my kind of day, totally relaxing.  Shelby made me a pillow, Matthew gave me a Jason Aldean cd along with a party bag size of M&M's.  Michael made dinner, chicken piccata and surprised me with flowers.

Shelby and I went to "You're Fired".  She painted a pig and I painted a mug.  We'll go pick them up next week.

Shelby playing on paint.net.  She was happy that her dad downloaded it for her.  She can draw on the computer with the mouse.  She informed me that it will be easier if we get tablet.  I guess you draw on the tablet and it shows up on the computer????  Technology too advanced for me....

Everything needed to make "Chili's" barbecue sauce.  Shelby has wanted ribs for a while.  Since they take a looong time to make I have to do it on my day off.  In the end you have fall off the bones baby back ribs.  Yum!
