Matthew went fishing with the guys and was gracious enough to send me a picture for my potd. I guess this is a sunfish that he caught...his one and only catch of the day.
2nd day of car shopping. I test drove the Corolla and only liked the color, then I took the Camary SE out and my mind was made up. Spent 6 hours at the dealership and left with no car....
After car shopping in the rain, wind and cold we came home to this little guy, a magnolia warbler. I had to look him up because I have never seen one before.
Michael's 20th birthday. The life of a working man on nights, he just got up. He wanted an ice cream cake so I made him one. Not very neat but made with love.
Moving the wood back to the wood pile. We had wood sitting in our 3 season porch that never got used for a fire this year. As soon as it warmed up the bugs came alive and were all over my porch. YUCK! We will never make that mistake again.
Shelby's candy dispenser she made in tech ed. She got a 97 on it. She lost 3 points because she had a few 'bubbles' in her finish. It really came out nice.
Between official games one was played between the dads and girls. It was so entertaining. Though we will not do this again because it wore the girls out....Coach Michaela didn't approve :(
Cleaning up the garage....the snare drum that Michael wanted to stain black (to his right) didn't come out that great. The finish he put on it has to be redone.
My beautiful friend Sherry. She really is the most amazing person I know. The amount of stuff she has gone through in her 31 years is unbelievable. In going through everything she has always had a smile on her face and a positive outlook. Love her.
