Don't let this innocent face fool you!!!! She has a sneaky streak that runs through her...She fooled not only me but 4 other people at work into eating the Harry Potter Bertie Botts jelly beans. The first flavor she gave me was cherry than she talked me into "mango". It's soooo gooood.....my ass! It was a vomit flavored jelly bean that was the grossest thing I've ever tasted. I spit it out in her trash can over and over. YUCK! By the way, I don't eat jelly beans, that is how good she is!

My friend Chris gave me some applesauce and apple butter that she canned last fall. It was the best applesauce I've ever had. Apple pie in a jar...yum!

2 big losses again. The girls did reach double digits the last game which was a big improvement over the other 3 games. Shelby seems to think that the girls we played were "mutations" of the taller kind. They were the biggest 7th graders we've ever seen.

Rough day! 2 games today and 2 big loses! Shelby held her own. She is playing on a 7th grade team. She actually scored in both games. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Michael's "fancy" dinner...eggplant osso buco with polenta and mushroom bolognese. We will not be having this again! Though I have to say 3 out of the 4 of us liked the polenta and mushroom bolgnese. None of us liked the eggplant. It's always fun to try something new, especially when I'm not cooking :)
