I put out the rest of the Christmas decorations....this is my sister's handwriting. It makes me happy and sad all at the same time. This used to be a box that she stored her chocolate molds in. I use it for decorations.

Came home from work and Mark and Shelby started decorating the house for Christmas. Mark even dug out my Christmas village and put it on top of our kitchen cabinets. Looks good up there. This is only part of it. I couldn't get a decent picture of the whole village.

Thanksgiving...getting our grub on. Once again, just us and my dad. Well, Michael was sleeping so he didn't join us but I did make him a plate of leftovers which he ate before he left for work.

Soup Sunday. I have made soup every Sunday since the beginning of September. This is torilla soup and we have had this one 3 or 4 times. It is that good. One of our other favorites is Italian Wedding Soup. So, so good.
Shelby and I went to the movies and saw The Hunger Games Catching Fire. We both loved it. We also went shopping once again. She needed shoes. Thankfully, we found a pair she liked.

Had some white out conditions tonight. Mark was helping a friend move and he said it was tough to see. I am so not looking forward to this winter. I want to move somewhere warm.

These were waiting for me when I got home from work. My mom sent me flowers for my birthday. Mark took me out to dinner at the Homestead.
