Mark is making beef jerky. Very time consuming, roughly 4 days from start to finish. He used 5 lbs of
london broil. Since the smoker is so small he makes it in batches. As fast as he's taking it off, Shelby and Matthew are eating it. I have to say, it's not my thing but I do have a piece or two, it is better than anything you'll buy in a package.
