If you look at Shelby's eyes you can see that she's wearing make up :) She asked when she would be able to wear some. When I was at the grocery store I found a nice selection of wet n wild (cheap) for her to start with. She needed a little help with the eyeliner. The rosy cheeks and red lips are her very own :) My baby is growing up.... :(
