Getting ready to go off for her procedure. Every single person that we encountered was over the top nice. The entire staff from receptionist to surgeon was so good to Shelby (and us!). She wasn't nervous but they explained in full detail what every step would be. I am glad that we picked Dartmouth. She was under for approximately 5 1/2 hours.
